Assisting you in everyday activities –

• Many of our clients need assistance with transportation due to their inability to safely operate a motor vehicle. Whether it is shopping at their favorite department store, grocery shopping, going to their favorite restaurant, attending a senior club, or doctor’s appointments, our caregivers will provide a safe mode of transport and assist clients in continuing their daily routines.
• Pets provide social interaction and prevent loneliness in the senior population. As their health may deteriorate, attending to the pet’s routines such as feeding and walking may not only be more difficult but not safe. Our caregivers are here to provide the stand-by assistance needed so our clients can continue to enjoy their beloved pets and preserve the bond they share.

Care Coordination for Companion Care –

Our coordination for companion care is available for all our Silver Sitters Clients. Our specialist care managers will assist you in streamlining companion care including –

• Scheduling needed appointments with care providers
• Regular Quality Assurance
• Examine health improvement and medication review
• Incontinence ordering and supply management
• Easy-to-understand information for clients
