Respite In-Home Care and Senior Care

We are here to give you a respite from your senior care responsibility-

• Caregivers report a decline in not only their physical health but also their mental health. Increased bouts of depression for caregivers increase as the number of ADLs they are assisting with increases.
• Does the primary caregiver have a health issue such as hospitalization or surgery planned? Silver Sitters can step into their role until the client’s primary caregiver is ready and able to resume.

Care Coordination for Respite Care

Care Coordination is available for all our Silver Sitters Clients. Our experienced Care Managers will assist in streamlining care including:

• Access with healthcare service providers
• Effective Client Care Request Form for clients
• Focus on recovery, needs, and health of clients
• Medication review
• Assist with scheduling future appointments
